Deposits and full payment: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required to secure your golf trip booking. Any changes in this requirement (such as higher deposits for hotel or special activities) will be specified in writing. The balance of payment is required 45 days prior to the start date of your golf trip. All BKG Golf packages are quoted in US Dollars. BKG Golf reserves the right to adjust pricing for international trips due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Upon receipt of your booking and deposit, you will receive a written confirmation, which should is considered a contract. Only items in the confirmation contract are included in the price, all other items, such as gratuities, meals (unless included in package), laundry, telephone charges, parking, which are not specified in the confirmation are not included.
Golf quotations will include course surcharges, golf carts, and applicable taxes.
Payment options: Checks, Bank Transfers, and Visa, American Express and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. There will be a $30.00 charge for checks presented with insufficient funds.
Cancellation and trip change fees: The following fees will be collected from your deposit and/or full payment depending on the cancellation and/or change date:
- If trip is cancelled 46 days prior to your start date: $45.00 per person
- If cancelled 14 days prior to your start date: $75.00 per person
- If cancelled 72 hours prior to your start date: Price will be dependant upon hotel and golf course cancellation policies.
- A BKG Golf change processing fee of $25.00 per person will be assessed for all changes made after your 45 day final payment date. Hotel and golf course fees will be adjusted in the new confirmation contract. Payment for those adjustments is due immediately if made after your 45 days final payment date.
- During your trip, any missed tee times due to late check-in, weather, or related issues, will be the responsibility of the golfers and the golf course and are not the responsibility of BKG Golf. It is recommended that golfers check in with the golf course at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tee times.
Golf trip documents: Once your full payment has been received, a documentation package will be mailed to you at least 21 days prior to your departure date. The package will include hotel confirmation number (s), golf course schedule receipts and confirmations on activities scheduled through BKG Golf. A clear and precise agenda will be provided to make your trip as care free as possible.

BKG Golf is responsible for selecting the component parts and services described in your golf trip quotation. BKG Golf does not own or operate, nor is it an agent for any of the suppliers furnishing component parts. Therefore, in the absence of its negligence, BKG Golf cannot be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to persons, caused by reason of any act or omission, intentional, negligent or otherwise by such third party suppliers. In addition, BKG Golf will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, strikes, government actions, force majored events or other causes beyond its direct control. BKG Golf makes no implied or expressed warranties in the offering of any activities described in your golf trip quotation. BKG Golf will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages. In no event will the liability of BKG Golf Excursions or its affiliates exceed the amount paid for travel products purchased from BKG Golf.
